CELEBRATE FOR THE FIT INDIA WEEK 2020 |
So if teachers are informed about the systematic arrangement of their respective subjects, they can easily master the subject and also understand the subject properly. This requires them to develop the ability to choose a course. So that they (MLAs) can implement the program. This reduces the burden on the subject and places special emphasis on studying with the help of concepts. These abilities help the teacher in the following matters.
The teacher can understand the concepts, principles and philosophical truths about the school subject. By constructing the structure of the subject, one can understand the relationship between concepts, principles and philosophical truths. Find new results for a topic and categorize them in terms of topic structure. Can understand the relationship between the structure of the subject and the minimum levels of its study.
The scope and limitations of capabilities can be brushed aside. At the minimum level of study of the relevant subject, the subject matter can be compared with the corresponding subject matter of the textbook, and the necessary material related material can be gathered to develop a certain ability.
Abilities to run the curriculum The prospective teacher undergoing pre-service training is often told that in terms of form the education is child centered or infant centric and therefore a good teacher is to help the child learn instead of imposing the burden of education on him. In fact the role of the teacher’s guide remains in the child’s learning.
There is a provision in the program for the minimum level of study that the teacher has to play the role of assistant or mentor in the child’s learning and development of his abilities to a certain level. The objective of M.LP will not be fulfilled if the teacher does not check the level of proficiency of the child through diagnostic tests and does not provide him therapeutic education. While focusing on one child individually, the teacher has to keep the other children engaged in self-study or with a fellow student or in group study as per the need of the situation. In this context the teacher has to develop some new skills related to running the curriculum so that maximum and optimal achievement is achieved at the level of mastery.
With such abilities the teacher will be able to understand the nature of the mental process that needs to take place while doing the ability-based learning-teaching activity. Be able to plan the use of textbooks and other teaching materials in the teaching-learning process. In order to achieve a level of proficiency education, students will be able to help through the various steps suggested in the description of abilities. Keep students engaged in group study, study with peers or individual study and use that time to carefully monitor the student. Encourage students’ initiative in study. Through continuous assessment, students will be able to monitor their progress. By providing necessary assistance to students whose progress is slow, they will be able to overcome the obstacles in achieving a level of proficiency education.
Provide challenging homework – work and study materials to students who have quickly mastered it. Capabilities associated with other academic activities Other activities along with the curriculum provide ample opportunities for ancillary learning. In addition to the curricular activities, the emotional maturity and subtle psychological alertness that a child develops through various activities inside and outside the school balances the various aspects that develop his / her talents. Therefore, teachers and schools, realizing the importance of this matter, organized various competitions.
