Areas of operation The theoretical background created by ten types of abilities and five types of commitments will be helpful in the work of teachers inside and outside the classroom.  It is the work of the teacher that helps to nurture the parents, the community and the community with the school and school activities.  The performance of the teacher strengthens the credibility of the academic method.  And the beat of people’s aspirations is caught in it.  It is no longer fair to assume that parents are only interested in the results of the annual examinations taken at the internship.

Now parents are interested in the full development of their children.  In addition to achieving excellent results in exams, they expect their children to develop their talents and inculcate values in them.  Teachers can regain their dignified status and respect in society by consistently excelling in the classroom, at school, outside the school as well as during their ideological exchanges with parents and the community.

These matters broadly clarify their areas of operation.  From which they can achieve professional excellence and satisfaction.  Five key areas of their performance have been identified so that teachers can evaluate their current performance in terms of performance expected from them and compare them.  Classroom Performance Classroom activities consist of (1) activities related to running the curriculum to provide information, (2) evaluation of the activities taking place in the classroom and (3) classroom management.

Individuals employed as teachers are personally performing this operation in their respective traditional manner.  However, in the new context of competency-based teacher-training, they have to be prepared to work within the parameters of competency.  To do this, he must conduct competency-based teaching, develop remedial as well as knowledge-based programs for the groups concerned, adopt appropriate management techniques, and provide self-example of value-based behavior.

At school level, teachers have to organize various activities like morning meetings, sports, national festivals, annual programs etc. in the school.  The main purpose of such activities is to develop appropriate attitudes and values through their creative planning.  Therefore, teachers must develop the necessary skills to perform this task meaningfully.  So that they can make maximum contribution to the learning of students from other activities and develop the attitudes and values required to cultivate such civility at the student as well as individual level.

Proper functioning of the teacher will make it easier to inculcate social, cultural, national as well as basic values.  Work related to extra-curricular activities Schools are required to conduct various curricular activities as well as extra-curricular activities.

These include tours, excursions, visits to museums, historical sites, libraries, etc., seminars with creative talents, etc.  The teacher does not just have to plan such activities.  But as a key component of the teaching process in the school, Nusma has to be provided for the effective use of such activities and the geography has to be worked out.

For his personal professional advancement he is required to participate in seminars, workshops, discussions and other educational think tanks.  Here too, it is important to understand the purpose behind participating in these activities and get as much benefit as possible by participating in them effectively.

Thus, in order to make an effective contribution to such activities with their own vision, tact and mastery in the changing times, teachers need to achieve excellence in activities related to out-of-school activities.  To this end, teachers should be regularly trained through in-service teacher-training programs in terms of capacity-based approaches to increase their readiness -gaw Rayo 18
